EGG CUBES IN GRAVY: How to make mouth watering Egg Cubes in gravy

Sometimes you wonder that what you would do with the Stock of some good fresh eggs. Here a simple and quick Recipe to make Egg Cubes in Gravy.


Egg Cubes In Gravy Recipe:


For the egg cubes:-

  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 tea spoon chopped ginger (adrak)
  • 1 tb coriander leaves ( dhania patta)
  • 1 table spoon salt
  • Salt to taste

For the gravy:-

  • 1 table spoon ginger paste
  • ½ cup onion paste
  • ½ tea spoon turmeric (haldi)
  • 1 tea spoon chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoon roasted garam masala
  • Salt to taste


Beat the eggs in a bowl , add chopped ginger, chopped coriander, salt. Pour this mixture in a plate.
Now place this plate on a large boil of boiling water, cover this arrangement with a lid. When the egg is cooked in the steam remove the plate.
When cool cut into cubes.
For the gravy:-
Now heat oil add ginger paste, onion paste , salt, haldi, chilli powder, cook it until you get a nice aroma and oil floats from the masala. Add water and let it bowl, when gravy becomes thick, switch off the flame. Now add your egg cubes.
Sprinkle roasted garam masala on top.
Serve hot with rice.
