Here We Are Presenting A Simple Dessert Popularly Known As a Snow Top Pudding, Made With Ingredients Readily Available That Will Brighten Up Your Day And Those Around You!
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • 1and ½ teaspoons gelatine
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 3 and ½ cups of milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup seasonal fruits of your desire (make sure that they are sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon grated coconut
  • ½ cup castor sugar (Pisa Huya Chini)
Method
  1. Dissolve the gelatine in hot water.
  2. Boil the milk and then allow to cool.
  3. Separate the egg yolks from the egg white then beat the yolks with the sugar.
  4. Add the sugar and egg mix into the now cooled milk.
  5. Dissolve the cornflour into ½ cup of warm water.
  6. Put the milk mix over a pan of hot boiling water on low fire stirring continuously.
  7. Add the dissolved cornflour into the milk mix little by little stirring continuously.
  8. When the mix becomes thick and starts to coat the spoon, take off from heat and continue stirring for another 5 mins.
  9. Allow the mix to cool then add the cream and stir.
  10. Add your desired seasonal fruits.
  11. Pour this mix into dessert bowls ( do not fill the bowls to the top)
  12. Now returning to the egg whites –beat them till stiff.
  13. Into the egg whites add the gelatine drop by drop and continue beating
  14. Now add the vanilla essence and fold in with the castor sugar.
  15. Drop this mix into custard, sprinkle the grated coconut.
  16. Freeze in the refrigerator for two hours.
  17. Serve Chilled and enjoy!
