Sometimes you wonder that what you would do with the Stock of some good fresh eggs. Here a simple and quick Recipe to make Egg Cubes in Gravy.

  • ***********************************************************
  • For the egg cubes:-
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
  • 1tb coriander leaves ( dhania patta)
  • 1tbsp salt
  • Salt to taste

  • For the gravy:-
  • 1tbsp ginger paste
  • ½ cup onion paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric (haldi)
  • 1tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp roasted garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl , add chopped ginger, chopped coriander, salt. Pour this mixture in a plate.
  2. Now place this plate on a large boil of boiling water, cover this arrangement with a lid. When the egg is cooked in the steam remove the plate.
  3. When cool cut into cubes.

  5. For the gravy:-
  6. Now heat oil add ginger paste, onion paste , salt, haldi, chilli powder, cook it until you get a nice aroma and oil floats from the masala. Add water and let it bowl, when gravy becomes thick, switch off the flame. Now add your egg cubes.
  7. Sprinkle roasted garam masala on top.
  8. Serve hot with rice
